The capacity ranges from 1.3 Gal/5 L to 4.8 Gal/18 L, extensive enough for holding fruit ingredients. Besides, nylon filter bags are also provided.

The pressing plate is 9.78 in/24.85 cm in diameter and 0.1 in/3 mm in thickness, perfectly fitting the basket's opening for a higher juice yield. The bottom plate is designed with a heightened edge, facilitating smooth juice flow. The lengthened T-handle is wrapped with non-skid silicone sleeves on both ends, labor-saving to operate and comfortable to grip. The stainless steel screw shaft is rust and corrosion-proof, allowing you to push the pressing plate down effortlessly.

3 stand feet provide stable support for the bottom plate. The triangular structure maintains our fruit press still and is shake-proof during pressing. Each of the feet has a screw hole, with which you can firmly tighten the machine to your workbench. After use, you can unscrew the wing nut and rotate the top bar to take the basket out.
